Ganter Verstellbare Klemmhebel, Kugel-Zapfen GN306-63
Verstellbare Klemmhebel GN 306 sind vorzugsweise dann einzusetzen, wenn der Spannbereich begrenzt oder eine bestimmte Spannstellung erwünscht ist. Der Einsatz ist durch eine Kerbverzahnung mit dem Griff lösbar verbunden. Durch Anheben (Ziehen) des Griffes wird die Kerbverzahnung frei und der Klemmhebel kann in die günstigste Spannposition geschwenkt werden. Beim "Loslassen" rastet der Griff selbsttätig wieder ein. Der MS- / KU-Druckzapfen vermeidet Druckstellen bzw. Beschädigungen am Spannpunkt. Mit dem gehärteten Druckzapfen (Form DZ) wird ein punktförmiger Druckpunkt erzielt. Das bewegliche Druckstück (Form KD) lässt sich leicht aufklipsen und auch wieder demontieren. Die Druckstücke werden unmontiert geliefert.
